Child size pool cue

I have an 8 year old who seems to be brilliant at pool. He can't use the full length cue so we unscrew it and he uses a half-cue.
Really this is too short - one that was about 3/4 size would be perfect and might help him develop his game.
Has anyone any idea where I could get one?
    Thanks in advance.

i suppose a cheap answer would be to pick up 1 of those 3/4 butt jointed cues from argos and just use the shaft.you'd get 1 for between 25 to 40 euro,no point in shelling out anything more than that.

    Thanks!
In case anyone else is looking for one, I picked up one very cheaply in the snooker supply shop on Marlborough st - the end near the Abbey. It is a proper child size cue - about 2/3 of a full length one. It is actually very handy for those shots where pesky walls and things are in the way:D
