    Hi, just looking for a bit of general advice, I'm thinking of upgrading from my uncle's old Raleigh Europa and was wondering would it be worth my while buying a new bike for around €7/800 and get to know my LBS or look for a better deal second hand on done deal or adverts?:confused:

    I have been looking around for a while and would be looking at maybe a specialized allez or the like but haven't splashed out yet, I don't plan on getting into racing or anything, just a few hours at the weekends for the freedom and fitness, any opinions?:)

    if you get in touch with macadam on this forum he is selling a new road bike at a great price but hurry it will be gone if your not quick.
