Facetime Beta???

    I just tried loading facetime on my macbook pro 2010 and i got this message?

    i was never told as far as i can remember that it was only a beta....and now they expect me for pay for it??? whats going on here?


    I should also mention when i try to buy it from the app store its says version 9.0 is already installed (there are also no updates showing)

    Apple was quite clear about it only being a beta. It said so on the download page.

    You'll probably need to delete the beta app before you can download it from the App Store. It's only a euro or something.
