You could try the Irish Horse Welfare Trust

    http://www.ihwt.ie/site2/horses-rehoming/

    or the DSPCA

    http://www.dspca.ie/EquineAdoption

Both charities would probably require a visit to your home/stables to ensure that they are suitable. Once they are satisfied with that I am surethey would be delighted to have a good home for a horse!

Get onto Waterford Animal Welfare. They have a website and are always looking for people to rehome animals.

fair play to you , theres many charities that will assist you there and probably best to go through them as they'll be able to assess your situation best and match up. If you take one of theirs too(I'd assume) it'll then free up a space with them.
Very importantly to is if circumstances changed you could rehome through the charity (has to be considered)

    quick google brings up

along with rest above, hope it works out well as I'd love to be in the position to do the same
