Last year we were out and not dressed up. Wish I had though because a lot of people were.

Was in town till an hour or so ago and there were plenty dressed up already.

Most weren't but I guess like myself they had been in town since earlier.

Cross street was closed to traffic.

Went out Thurs and dressed up not many were but I felt it was way better craic dressed up and we certainly stood out. I'd recommend it. I'd say the majority will dress up though!
