    we are looking for someone to share our rehearsal space in jervis lane dublin city centre - 24 hr access.
    suit 2/3/4 piece band/ solo musician/drummer/dj/producer

    3/4 days available every week

    250 euro per month includes everything.
    no extras to pay.

    safe and secure unit to leave equipment.
    no noise restrictions.
    excellent opportunity to record an album or regular rehearsals.
    sound treated room geared for live recording.
    excellent sound.
    short term rental considered

    some gear avaialble to use -eg -drums amps pa speakers.
    secure lock -up for extra gear available, or equipment can be left set up for continual use.

    good friendly working enviroment, building shared with only 4 or 5 other bands. (this room will be shared with only one other 3 piece band)
    toilets, kitchen, smoking area, free parking in the area after 7pm and all day sundays.

    jervis lane dublin 1 city centre.
