dealership is easy answer, you might source one online after spending hours but for meagre savings and long shipping.
I can't remember how I did it on my audi80 (petrol) but it seemed easy enough. Did you over tension something?

Why did you pull the sump - was it leaking oil?

I don't know if you're experienced with this type of work. But a sump on an A4 can be difficult due to the subframe clearance. Totally different to an A3 or a golf/bora etc with the same engine. Get a new baffle from the dealer, it will be easier. The baffle is straightforward, look at the new one and you'll see exactly where the bolts sit. it doesn't need to be sealed or anything, as it's just there to direct the oil returning to the sump, to house the end of the dipstick , and to stop oil splashing onto the crank. Make sure you've allowed yourself enough clearance for refitting,as you could easily break it again.
