Is it safe to buy 02 prepaid cardnline pay by vlaser? If you ever do not top up as per terms will they /can they take it from laser. Is it safe for them to know your laser number? When you get it can you immediately top it up? I see if ypu go to shop you have to get 20 euro credit to buy the card
