I've just bought an Aldi bike computer, have set it up as per the manual but still can't get it to work, when I spin the front wheel the display still reads zero, has anyone any experience with these?

Yeah, it's 400mm from computer and approx 2mm from the magnet

Remove the battery and try again

Spin the wheel and listen carefully. If the magnet is working you'll hear a faint click each time it passes the receiver

Buy a proper cycle speedo from your local bike shop???? Leave the grocery shopping to the supermarkets.

Yeah the click is there, tried removing the battery to reset it as well, is there something I'm missing?

It could just be a dodgy unit. Bring it back to Aldi and get a replacement.

Bought it back to Aldi, got my money back as they were sold out. Its a shame they couldnt replace it as it was great value with all the features like HR monitor etc. Can anyone recommend a computer with similar spec that doesn't cost the earth?
