Hi, a friend has a THOR tumble dryer which is not heating when its running so I suspect thats its the heating element, but cant find it on any of the usual spare parts sites, anybody got any idea who stocks parts for it?. The model number is Thor TH6WH.

some of those thermostats are resettable - they usually trip as the air in take area is bunged up with purple fluff causeing machine to overheat and trip the stat - check that first

    Hi folks,

This is my first post. I have a Thor TH6WH. When the start button is pressed, the dryer runs for some time then stops. When the start button is pressed again, the machine doesn't stay running. It will only run when it is held in. I would be grateful for any suggestions fortcoming.

I suspect that the fuse may be the source of the problem - check.

A three and a half year old thread, either repaired or landfill by now.
