we are planning to lease a commercial property for rent. Building exists with walls rest of the work needs to be carried out like Kitchen, roof, floor, heating, electrictiy, toilets etc. Landlord thinks that we have to put in money towards all the above mentioned . Just want to know if it is fair . Can anyone please suggest.

Hi Pranal. I suggest again that you don't get involved in renovation a landlords building. Any property you take should be rented as "shell and core". Its not about today, but what can happen in the future.

    Kind regards

    Oliver
