She is 250 behind Davis, 6 constituencies still to declare and she has not conceded yet so that she can call a recount if she comes last as expected.

Phew she just went ahead of Davis there I think.

She was on Newstalk earlier recounting the story of the night she met a ghost.

Is she at the count? Didn't see her as the first count was read out.

No she didn't appear to be present. The other 6 were though.

I used to defend her, saying she was a nice enough person, just over sensitive. But in this last week I really saw what everyone else was saying. I hate that she was so late to congratulate Higgins and he statement was not what I expected at all- you could tell she's spent the entire day sulking.
But she's eliminated now! We're free of Dana's moaning!

[edit]: to add, not showing up for the count is a lack of class. She wasn't even last

I respect how she refused to kick the boot into Gallagher when the other candidates were, not least given their respective bases were in the border counties.

If they get x amount then she can recoup costs I imagine that is all she wants to do.

Be careful they'll nab you with the blasphemy laws for that. ;)

She's nowhere near that amount though is she? As I understand it, Norris and Mitchell will both struggle to get enough to recoup costs, let alone her!

She detests the Labour Party as well, so I would imagine she's particularly irritated tonight.

2.9% is also a sign that Catholic fundamentalists won't win in Irish presidential elections.
