Duplicated folders from C Drive

I was just doing a clean up on my laptop and realised that all the folders from my C Drive have duplicated into the Videos folder.
If I right click on the folders in the Videos window and click Open Folder Location, it brings me to where they should be on the C Drive, but they aren't marked as being short cuts.
Should/can I delete them, or what do I do?

Sorry guys, getting all mixed up. It doesn't lead back to the Pictures folder there, it just goes to File Path: Computer -> Local Disk (C:).
The Picture folder does have the same problem as the Video folder in terms of duplicates though.

The easiest way I can think of is to just do a system restore!

No luck with that, any other way to do it?

As far as I am aware the Libraries are just a list of Location/folders. So it would seem you have at some stage added C:\program files to your pictures library.

You haven't physically copied it it only exists once on your machine.

The libraries are akin to albums in photo software. You can have the same photo in several albums but it only exists in one physical location on the computer.
