I was at a conference last evening where Revenue were introducing there new electronic RCT system. Its very inflexible as everything is online and there are fines up to €5,000 in some cases for not complying. I'm looking for some help if possible on how best to remain compliant without the large fines but I'm not very good at computers. I just want to concentrate on my job without having to worry about Revenue. Any suggestions?

Not meaning to be smart, but welcome to the future!

Under the new system you won't really be required to do / record anything that you aren't already required to under the existing paper-based system. You'll just need to get yourself up to speed on what buttons you need to push, and when. (If the conference made it seem like you've got to do loads of stuff that you don't have a breeze about, then I'd say there's a good chance you're not compliant as it stands, but just not aware of all your obligations... :o)
