Hope this is right place for this. Please move if not. I am having trouble with my outlook signature that is sent on replies. It looks fine on the screen but when sent it is all messed up. If I sent a new email it will turn out fine. Any help will be much appreciated

If it's ok when you send a new email then it's probably related to the format you have selected for your email. HTML, Rich Text and Plain Text are the options.
If your set to HTML then your signature will look fine in your emails but if you reply to a mail that was sent using Plan Text or Rich Text when your signature applies it gets messed up.
Perhaps untick the option to apply signatures on replies?

As he said but also consider
    Outlook 2007, 2003 or 2010?
2003 screws up sigs a bit, particularly graphics, must be added as bitmaps and in Advanced edit.
Check the reply sig. Right click on your sig in a new email and choose the name you gave the reply sig.
Also you can save various versions. rtf, html and txt to correspond with replies to whatever type email you are replying against.
