I was wondering does anyone know if there is any way of enforcing a EAT or labour court decision against a Northern Ireland company (or any eu company for that matter) that employed people working on jobs in the republic. They are quasi courts but does that mean you could get a European enforcement order or does that mean they would be ineligible?
