Congratulations! To answer your question, I don't think there are huge changes - usually it's just about 10% or so of the question bank which is updated.

Did most of the questions look familiar to what you have been practicing (on the CD / in the book)?

well done reminds me of the time i done my test failed the first time went for it a few months later and passed 36/40 i acculay plan to go for the full license soon

Yeah many questions were same, but it seems they are rewritten to confuse people.
