    Hi All,

Thinking of throwing on a cider this weekend with Lidl pressed apple juice. Only yeasts I have on hand are safale -04 & 05. Would these be ok or would I be better off waiting & getting a champaign yeast ?

From what I've been reading, it'll work but a champagne yeast will get a better flavour...
