    Does anywhere let you pay by direct debit these days ???

    i have the cash just with xmas around the corner i can't justify throwing a wad a cash out in 1 go

    Probably a Standing Order actually. I imagine some places have an installment plan available, although it would obviously work out more expensive than paying in cash, especially as you should expect the price to be favourable if you pay in one go, all in cash.

    I doubt it, certainly havent heard of anywhere over here anyway. I know dolphin music in the UK and a few others do but its not available to Irish customers. Your best best is to throw whatever you have into a credit union and apply for a loan. Most of them dont go by the old rules of your first loan being half your savings etc. I was a member of Sandyford CU and got a 2g loan for an amp about 2 years ago after only having 400 saved. (needed to get a mate to go guarantor though).
