Watch for swimming

    Can anyone reccommend a good watch for swimming with similar functions a garmin has for running.

    have to give my experience of swim computers and it's just mine.
    i hate the feel of even the thinest watch while swimming, the faster ive got the more i notice water flow as i swim, can feel it evertime on my left hand entry. i've tried a poolmate, didn't find it added a lot to my sessions ended up selling it, use a €10 casio now which i leave on pooldeck for timed sets. some of swim computers are pretty bulky.

    i have a finger timer i use occasionally for getting my splits on a time trial. was about twenty euros i think.

    the lap counting was ok with poolmate but it did miscount quite a bit.

    I have a poolmate and find it fantastic, I often forget where I am in a set, especially anyhting over 400m. So yes I can recommend the poolmate, have it two years and no complaints, It does take a little getting used to the buttons, but then again so do all new gizmos.
