Picasa Uploads? WTF????

    Hi Folks,

    My Dad has a Galaxy S he bought prepaid and for some reason it is uploading any photo he takes to Picasa. Ive had a look on the phone and Google+ is not installed, nor is Picasa android app and I cant see any Picasa related settings in Gallery or Synch accounts. He has only installed barcode scanner and Kies Air everthing else came with the phone.

    I cannot find any settings to stop them from uploading and I can't seem to find anything online even remotely helpful. I am completely at sea here as I dont know Android that well any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Isnt there an option under the camera settings to turn this off?

    i think its just called autoupload.

    Most people would prefer this feature. It just uploads your photos to "the cloud" for backup.

    @iknorr: Nope no such setting under camera or gallery, the phone is running 2.1

    I'm sure most people would appreciate a useful feature like this but that doesn't mean it should be turned on automatically.
