    I deleted a desktop icon, which when selected also selected must of the icons on the desktop, which i ended up deleting. Question is can i get them back as they didn't go to my recyle bin.
    any help would be grateful.

    To restore any icons which are short cuts to programmes locate the programme right click on it choose send to then choose desktop (create shortcut).

    The programmes are usually found in program Files or program files x86 on the root drive.

    Not working, when i find the folder from a search its just giving me the shortcut that i deleted, so when i send it to the desktop it wont open because it says its been moved or deleted.
