White bulb/Blue bulb on headlights for NCT

    Hey Guys,
    Just wondering if you'll fail the nct if you have a white bulb and a blue bulb for your headlights ?

    I passed with blue bulbs about a month ago. Definitely not a fail once the light pattern is fine.

    I imagined blue as in full on blue, not a tint of blue as in HID's.

    Blue bulbs, as in these. They aren't HIDs, just blue H4 halogens.

    Once the colour of the light they throw is not blue they will be fine.

    Only white and yellow are legal colours for headlights

    Yeah, its white light alright coming from the blue bulb so I guess I don't need to bother to change it then....SWEET
