Poor hot water pressure

    I have very poor hot water pressure from the mixer tap at the kitchen sink. When I remove the mixer head the hot water flow is ok. I think that the head has a bigger diameter inlet which is dropping the pressure?

    The hot water pressure to the rest of the taps in the house is adequate.

    Is it a case of getting a hot water pump to increase the pressure?
