It's great news that Toyota will be back at Le Mans. I loved their GT-ONE car that ran in 1998/1999.

Now with Toyota coming back, will their Japanese rivals Nissan and Mazda return? I should hope so :)

Good to see it was confirmed, they have been teasing us for a while with a possible comeback. The more the merrier I say!

That's right. They were supplying engines to Rebellion racing last year so they decided to take it from there.

I'm hoping they will bring cars to Sebring for the 12hr race. Sebring is a bruiser of a track.

Personally, I would preferred them to come back into the WRC but it's great to have another manufacturer in to break the Audi/Peugeot domination of LMP1.

I think there is no reason why they can't run in the WRC & Le Mans at the same time.

Was hoping they would return to rallying as well. It would be too expensive to run both campaigns i think. As far as i know, they were only considering returning to one form of motorsport

Look at PSA though, Peugeot and Citroens parent company, they are running in both Rallying & Le Mans.
