So, I posted this on the Psychology forum with some inital genuine concern.

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=75152667

I knew it was a touchy subject and would probably get locked but the content of the 'locked' post by the mod is wrong. I did not insinuate at any point in the thread that the author of the paper was into this stuff.

The entire point of the thread was that I found a USB key with that paper on it, as well as 24 porn videos and that it very likely belongs to my landlord since he is also a Psychologist.

So yeah, I just wanted it to be made clear that I insinuated nothing regarding the author of that paper. I did insinuate that I was concerned my landlord is a practicing psychologist and if I should do anything about it. I got no serious answers anyway, so happy to leave it locked but just wanted that cleared up.

Haha, ok. I took it to After Hours for the lols based on the sorts of respones I was getting in Psychology, and with the thinking that I had probably overreacted.

No worries boards, lock away just in case!

    Just to clear up again...

@mod KeithM89: in relation to the content of your 'locked' message in the After Hours thread. I didn't "drag" it there after it got locked. If you had bothered to check the time stamps you would see that. I posted in After Hours based on the not so serious replies I was getting in the Psychology forum and started thinking I had probably overreacted. It was pretty much for the lols factor and not in retaliation.

Well, I'll be honest with you, when I saw the thread in AH I thought that the owner of the USB key might also be the author of the paper that you found on it.

Yeah it's pretty clear that is why the panic button was pressed but I can say for a fact that's not the case.

kyub, you've identified the items on the USB, the potential owner, you've also given details in posts on where you live, so on a personal level I think it would be very unwise to give the details of it, since the owner could easily identify themselves.
I would imagine this is why the threads were closed.
