    Hey,

I'm just after getting a new job working between south korea and brazil.
I will work for 28 days and then get 28 days off on rotation 6 times each year.
My company will pay me from a Guernsey based ac to my newly opened swiss bank ac.
I paid my last tax in Ireland in 2010 and received a tax clearance cert. I have paid uk tax for the last 6 months in my old job. The Uk gov has an old address for me which is no longer in use and i was paying tax paye.

My plan going forward is to Live for 2 months in the uk, 2 months in Ireland, and 2 months in spain, then use my swiss bank card for funds.

I do not own a car, do not own property, will not have signed any lease, have sold my car, and am single.

    Am i breaking any laws?

    Thanks for the advice

Depends where you are tax resident. In europe the rule is 183 days residency. Dunno about working outside europe. Talk to a tax advisor.

You probably have a few options, tax advisor will help you choose most efficient one.
