Last week I recieved confirmation of my grant. butI am considering transferring to a level 8 course in CIT.The course is visual communications...restricted...so if that its the case that I cant transfer I may take a level 7 portfolio course for the year...Can I withdraw my level 8 grant for university and apply for a level…
