Society starting

Hi guys Does anyone have any experience setting up a society from scratch (golf societies etc.) just want to see what steps have to be taken, what sort of documentation etc has to be completed. Membership will be minimal but when you are dealing with other peoples cash i want everything to be above board. Cheers in advance…

The Freemasons have been going for centuries so they should know all there is to know.:D

Seriously find out if you can run a society online through Meetup as a social club. If it's a bit more serious you'll have to do tax returns etc. and do everything above board. Good luck.
