Psychologist watching porn?

This is going to sound quite strange, but I really don't know if I am overreacting or not and if I should do anything. I rent an apartment and deal directly with an estate agency, but have known pretty much since I moved in that the landlord is not in the country and that they are a Doctor.

I've just been rooting through a wardrobe in the spare room that I use for storage and found a USB key containing some really hardcore disgusting porn as well as a publication from a PhD Psychologist. I have also discovered that my landlord is a Psychologist too. Is this stuff for study purposes or what?

My concern is that this Doctor is out there supposedly helping people, but is actually into some very odd stuff.

I'd imagine scat is pretty dangerous and unhealthy and can lead to serious illness - i.e non-suicidal self injury, or he could just have some depraved fantasies - either way, meh.

OP might want to edit or obscure the details of the paper, there's no association\connection between the pornography and the author of the publication, unless you're trying to insinuate there is..

For the most part, yes. One of the videos is titled "Shock" but it looks staged to me.

Does that mean you saw children or underage in the porn?

Lookit, I would not be an expert at knowing what is legit cosentual porn and what isn't, so, if you have doubts - I can't see what harm it would do passing it to the gardaí?

They probably have a sex crimes unit, and even if it just turns out to be a genuine legit case of someone storing their x rated fun, (that is not to your taste nor mine), at least they may be able just put your mind at rest-in case it involves coercion, minors etc.

Nope they don't appear to be underage at all. The video is titled "shock" and has what appears to be 2 prostitutes in it. The guy squats down over her while the other watches on then when he gets busy ****ting all over her the other one pulls a complete freaker and goes running out of the place.

Well, if does not involve minors and it seems to be consentual adults, well, then OP, I'm afraid you are just going to have to accept the fact that some folk are into weird shít.
