    Hi Guys,
I've been looking into reinstalling windows 7 on my laptop (Mainly just in case) & I was wondering, if I have the product key (On the bottom of the laptop) how would I do this without the CD? I've googled the crap out of this and cant really come up with a solution...Could I use another persons CD & use my product key?

Coming off as a N00b but feck it :)

Unless it's fairly old you'll have a built in recovery Partition and won't need the CDs.

Usually to get access to it you keep pressing F8 on startup, but it could be F2 or F11.
