Leaving imagine

Have been with imagine wimax well over a year now and have got magnet fibre installed today so need to leave wimax. What number do i ring i've checked the site and can't find it. And will i have much hassle or is it straightforward. Is there a period of notice i have to give them first? Thanks for your help
