The competition is open to students from 5th class in primary schools to 6th year in secondary schools in the Republic of Ireland. Students are asked to write an original short story based in the fantasy/science fiction genre. Prizes include an all expenses paid trip to London, an iPad and iPod Touches.

The first 800 competition entries will receive a copy of the first book of “The Three Powers” trilogy “The Snowmelt River” by Dr. Frank Ryan.
