This article in the FT seems to indicate that the Chinese housing market has peaked. When viewed in light of other stories, such as this one, it'd appear that perhaps China is finally seeing an end to 34 years of uninterrupted growth, or at the very least a slowdown. What do you think?

I was of the impression that a large amount of Chinese buy there houses in cash. Although housing prices might be at the top of a boom, the landing shouldn't be as hard on the public as it was here.
