Shangai Masters is all on this week don't forget. Small field containing most of the top players this year. Not going to bother with this at all this week.

I've always had a decent betting record when it has come to Valderamma so I'll be focusing on this tourney. I was very tempted to lump on Garcia, his tee-green game is excellent and his putting was superb last week. But went against it, 7/1 was  Anyway, sticking with Luiten @ 28/1 as well as Noren @ 25/1, half tempted to go for Aiken as I had him a couple of weeks back and did ok but was never in contention but he did well last week anyway.

One bet in the US, and one my favourite guys on Tour, Villegas @ 16/1

well im going for bjorn this week he is a very annoying straight player and hits alot of greens in reg which you need here ... garcia was in cracking form last week but it was home course and the fairways he couldnt miss an odd tree on sides of fairway he was offline a few times off tee and el loco i would wait with aiken til he hits south africa end nov start dec as those weeks its weak fields as world cup and chevron and nedbank are on at same time as south africa open and east london

Had Bjorn on my slip as well, really considered him.

Lumping on Garcia myself. His putting and with it his love for the game is back, Add to that he was 10th here last year when not playing great. I see no reason why 7/1 shouldn't be taken advantage of. He won't win by 11 shots but is a big a cert as I've seen this year.

Colsaerts is my e/w-er at 40/1

Backing Jaidee e/w at 33/1 in the CIMB following his recent good form and advice on this thread last week

yeah americans are complaining about the heat and humidity in malaysia so an asian player could take advantage

The nappy factor may help Ben Crane perform again this week,he won the c i m b last year and he also won his most recent outing. I backed him with ladbrokes (5 places ) 14 to 1(20 each way) but i have had my biggest bet this year @10 to 11 that he beats Villegas in a 72 match bet.I hope he did not celebrate too well following his recent victory but as last years winner he would have had this as his goal for quite a while.Long and short hitters have won here, though the first 3 home were short hitters last year.Villegas can be wild off the tee and that can result in lost balls at this track and he could struggle round here. The weather suggests there will be stoppages and patience is essential.Crane is dead slow and calm where as the impetuous Villegas may become impatient and lose concentration, hence the near maximum bet on the match.

Iam going have to get lucky to collect now.Crane played as i expected, but Villegas seems to have played way more consistently than i figured and i can only live in hope.

Going against my instinct sigh. As ever, hope he wins though.

Lol, just only noticed Villegas finished 4th + coupled with Sergio this week. One of my regulars during the summer Freddy Jacobsen finishing 3rd, and I had money on Van Pelt in the playoffs too :D I keep knocking on the door. Hopefully I'll pick up another win by the end of the year.

That was one of those all too rare weeks that I knew I'd be cashing in come Sunday evening. Even when Garcia dropped back on his front nine Sunday I was sure he'd come through.

Less sure about this week but my early thoughts are pointing at westwood
