Slightly off topic, pedestrians seem to think drivers can see their every movement in a dark environment. Yesterday evening some eejit was standing at the side of a busy road (actually ON the road) seemingly oblivious to the cars, yet all I could see was a shadow until a couple of feet away. WTH? Nearly creamed a kid in dark clothes this morning too - he saw me and ran straight out in front of the car. Have to admit, driving in the past six months has made me far more wary of cars when I'm a pedestrian. Either that or they're cooking up very risky insurance scams!

looks funny but imagine the driver had to prove that case without his dash-cam footage.
I'd let it go all the way to court and then hit the mo-fo with the evidence, Perry Mason-style. Bast@rd!

After trying to pull a stunt like that it would be time for the driver to turn off the dash cam and give him some real injuries to worry about! :)

    Unbelieveable stuff.
