RTE One + 1

    I recently had two Combo boxes installed in different rooms, an Edison Argus Mini and a Ferguson Ariva 120.

    However, lately, RTE One + 1 is not working on either box in that there is no sound and a blank screen on the Edison and a frozen screen (i.e a still picture from the last channel i have been on) with sound (from RTE One + 1) on the Ferguson. All other channels work fine.

    Can anyone explain what has happened and/or how can I can resolve this please.

    RTE1+1 working fine on my Edison Argus Mini as of last night. What time and what show were you trying to watch, or is it an ongoing fault?

    (Note RTE1+1 is only available from 7pm onwards).

    I had this problem on the ARIVA 120
    For the ARIVA if you can't see anything on the RTE1+1 channel, rescan the terrestrial channels after 7pm and save the new version of RTE1+1.

    This worked for me.

    Thanks. This is an ongoing problem for the past week including after 7 pm. I will try to re-scan.
