    Hi all,
I recently had my HTC stolen and it wasnt insured. One thing i want to know is, if i buy one on Adverts, can i re-register on HTC Sense? Do you even bother to re register the IMEI number with your provider if its an unlocked handset?

Is there anything else i should do along with this? clutching at straws here, never had a phone stolen before..

    thanks

first thing i would do is ensure that my passwords are changed for all online accounts that i would have typed into my sensation (google, gmail, etc).

also, if you log into htcsense i think it gives an option to remotely wipe your phone? it may be too late now but perhaps worth a try.

Thanks, I have done both of the above and also locked the handset via the provider.. now that I have all of that sorted I wanna get back to normal...

So if I buy a 2nd hand unlocked fone, can you register the handset with your provider? And also with HTC sense?
    Thanks again
