Gaelcon has moved to the RDS - due to flooding

    Due to circumstances beyond their control, Gaelcon has had to move at really short notice to the RDS Concert Hall: http://www.rds.ie/cat_venue_detail.jsp?itemID=206

    Accommodation in the D4 hotel, if you've already booked, is unaffected.

    The Gaelcon site, http://www.gaelcon.com, will presumably be updated with this info later today.

    That was pretty funny.

    Anyway, it's a shame it got so bad. I've heard that 2 people died, one being a Gardai.
