AGM M4 GAS BLOW BACK

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help me, i have a 2yr old agm m4 ris gas blow back with the gas mags, not been used for a while but all mags still hold gas with no leaks, when i load the mag and press the fire button all the gas shoots out the side of the gun on all mags.....any ideas
