04 1.25 stalling problem.

I have an 04 ford fiesta 1.25, when i try to take off in 1st gear it really is hard for the car to pick up power the only way to take off up a hill is with my foot flat to the floor, it seems to have trouble getting to 2500 rpm after that its fine, and usually when it struggles it back fires, i tink it could be an air flow…
