Elavon Credit Card Issues

    Hi,

    Does anyone have any information on the Elavon Credit Card machine issues. Word is that the machines that work over an IP address must download a new security cert.

    Machine have been down across Europe for about 5 hours i believe.

    Imposable to get through to their support.

    The Elavon IP Gateway for Europe crashed this morning. All terminals now have to re-download a manifest file to get back online.

    Server is under serious pressure with everyone trying to download.

    For those with terminals that can't get through to support, the steps to get back up and running are as follows.

    On the terminal, click:
    1. Main menu
    2. Terminal
    3. Prog. Load
    4. Password = 0000
    5. Yes/Enter
    6. Yes/Enter

    Should say "download in progress" followed by a percentage progress indicator.

    Keep trying this process until you get it downloaded.

    Not having much luck downloading but will keep trying.
