Immune System of 5 Year old

    Hi all,

    Have a 5 year old picking up everything that goes - vomiting Bugs etc but a real fussy eater. Anything that can boost her immune system to fight off these better??

    You could giver her some childs multivitamins. Not sure how much they will help but they won't do any harm!

    Is she just after starting school?? if she is she'll pick up every bug for the first few months and there isn't really anything you can do for her.. extra vitamins probably won't make much difference but if she's a fussy eater they won't do any harm. . ;) when mine start school every year we have a september full of snot and sore throats.. it's great fun :rolleyes:

    It happens when they start school or creche for the 1st time,it is terrible but it only lasts a few weeks:)
