I had a bit of a bump in the snow last year i.e skidded into the back of a car, was no damaged caused to their car but mine was damaged slightly.

The bonnet was dented a bit, the bumper scratched, radiator pushed back around an inch and my head lights were displaced slightly.

I got the radiator pulled back out, luckily there was no damage to it but my problem is that my NCT is due and the bonnet is showing a little bit of rust from beating it out and also the clips holding the head lamps down all broke so the guy I brought it to fixed them by screwing them through a material I can't remember the name of, there very sturdy but will this be ok to pass the NCT?

Rust on a bonnet isn't structural so will be fine and the head lights will pass once they are tight and were aligned after the fix.

I would get the headlights aligned. As said rust wouldn't matter on the bonnet, I would touch it up with some paint just to protect it and stop the rust spreading.
