Need to get to Clonskeagh in the morning from Dublin 8.
Which is the best way to go considering the unseasonal monsoon weather?

Can't see the same volume of water being there in the morning tbh; provided it stays dry overnight, all that'll be left is puddles.

It will mostly depend on the Dodder bridges as the water will still be coming off the mountains.

If there are propblems with the bridges, use the Luas (to Windy Arbour), which has a high level bridge.

Perhaps avoid the roads along the Dodder also.

During Hurricane Charlie ('86) the Clonskeagh road stayed open all the time, although O'Sheas was flooded and most of the other Dodder bridges were closed. That said the traffic was dire, although worse going into town.

17 bus might be a good bet, if you're near the route. Was running even when the water on the roebuck road was thigh deep, so I'd say it'll be going in the morning
