Drove through some water on the way home from work there, wasn't too deep and got through ok and drove home fine. Just tried the car there again and the clutch is not engaging at all, cant move it from Neutral when the engine is running. Would anyone have any idea what type of damage this could be ?

What type of car is it ? Seems strange you clutch would go cause you drover threw some water. Did you go threw it at speed?

I saw this happen a few years ago with a Seat Ibiza. After starting the engine first and then reverse gear a few times to "shock" the clutch a bit while pumping the pedal it freed itself and never gave any trouble afterwards. I think what had happened was the disc had stuck to the pressure plate and/or flywheel after it got wet. Obviously if you are going to try this be very careful and be ready with your foot on the brake and your hand on the ignition key ready to switch the engine off once you start moving.

You mean the clutch isnt disengaging, certainly odd alright. A slipping clutch would be a much more likely scenario.
The starting it in gear trick is definatly one id try too.
