There's a shop beside Kylemore in Stephen's Green centre (I think it's called Two for Twenty) - I was in there today and they had a good few costumes!

The euro shop out beside me had loads of accessories-tights, jewellery, face paint,costume extras etc im sure most euro shops would stock the same.
i think they had some costumes too:)
