    Aldi had a cheap one a few weeks ago. 15e for watch, chest strap, handlebar mount. Some of their stores might have some left.

    sports world in heatons have a watch/hrm as well caost me €33

    You could do a lot worse than this one recommended by Morrisseeee. Works out around €50 with postage.
