i received a letter from kilkenny vec stating i receive the grant of full adjacent-1250$. does this mean that i have my 2000euro fee at wit paid aswell as the 1250 or i just receive the 1250 towards my 200eur charge? thankyou

You will get the €2000 registration charge back as well probably Paid directly into your bank account.
