Lexmark printer printing blank pages

Hi, My father in laws lexmark wireless printer will only print blank pages. The ink is ok as it will copy. It printed a test page after I uninstalled and reinstalled it, so it,s link to the laptop appears to be there. However, try to print a file and it goes through the motions but turns out blank pages. Please help!:(
